Not even a little bit of an entry, but some of you have written, asking how Grayson was and wanting to see a photograph. She's doing really well, and next week is the last chemotherapy treatment. Since dropping her off at the hospital in the morning is just about more sorrow and heartbreak than I can take, I am glad it's over. (Although, as you probably know, I'm not the one who usually does the drop off. I do pickup, a much happier time.)
Also, Nick and I were up at the Buckland Hills Target this afternoon, and I needed gas. I'd been jabbering about how exciting it was that the aforementioned Hess station near the house was selling it for $1.27 (yes! two cents lower than LAST Friday, even!) when we see an Exxon. "LOOK!" said Nick, "That gas is $1.25!!!!" No shit, I almost drove off the road.

It's perhaps most important to note that the dogs are lying in the bed the way Nick and I do. I mean, the boy dog is on Nick's side. Grayson is on mine. This does NOT imply that I sleep with my legs up in the air. That would just be weird.
if you want to read what i wrote the other day, it's here. if you want turdmonster, he's here. if you want to see my links, they're here. if you want to mail me, that's here.
