Welcome to Friday! Big Head Todd and I have a long and sordid history.  I love them, but ours is a wholly one sided relationship.  Remember when you all stalked them for me?  And when I finally got to the show where I was going to meet them and asked for "Big Todd Head"?  Good times, my friends.  VERY good times.  Since my initial love of "Sister Sweetly" (a CD of a few truly perfect songs and a couple total stinkers.  Sorry, Big Head Todd.  You know I still love you), they've released a few more CDs, none of which have been able to capture my heart or been more able to sum up a time in my life so perfectly.  In February, they released a new CD, "Crimes of Passion".  It is....good. Not great.  But solidly good. Here's what I consider to be the best song.
 

It is an absolutely beautiful day here.  The kind that makes you want to call in fake sick (note to employers:  I NEVER EVER CALL IN FAKE SICK.  I've heard about OTHER people who do, though, and I think it is TERRIBLE AND WRONG. Yay, WORK!!)  and sit outside at a bar looking out over the water drinking a beer.  I have fun company coming tonight.  My thoughts are disjointed.  Sunny day.  Flowers blooming.  Long day left at work.  Need more coffee.  Why so nice out?  Feh!  What you looking at?
