My computer ha done omehing very bad and trange.  Can you gue what it i?  It' been getting wore and wore over he pat couple month, and I figured intalling O X and then adding a bunch of memory to it would help.  It didn't.  On Friday, the R topped working.  I cleaned out the keyboard a few time.  It tarted working again, but not happily.  Then,the D key hit the bed.  Then, the E.  Next, wa the R.  No matter what I did, one key would tart working, then another would top.  You know that cene in Miery where he buy him the typewriter he' o proud of, and lowly the key tart buting?  That' exactly what'  happening here.  I'm hopeful no one i going to come and hobble me o I write a tory for them.  None of you claim to be my #1 fan, right?  For the pat 3 day, the ...well...the letter between a and d topped.  Now, I can not make it work for anything.  ome of the other key top working at random, and thi i after I brought home a can of that compreed air and blew about 50 pound of dog fur out.  The moue pad thing only work intermittently, and program crah and burn with alarming regularity.

Long tory hort, I bought a new laptop.  I didn't get it yet.  It' arriving in the next day or o.  I've aved up ome money for it, knowing that the ay (ee?? now the D i flaking out!)  would come that it really quit working altogether.  Thi computer ha erved me well.  I've had it fo a pretty long time, a far a computer go and I'm ad to ee that it' beginning to die.  Did I work it to death?  Maybe o!  Nobody will know.  I'm ure I can find a good ome for it while I break in the new one coming my way.  I'm cared, a little, becaue a computer i a huge purchae and they become obolete o quickly, but by god, thi one ha erved me for 4 year, and I'm ure the next one will erve me for far longer than that.  Thi i one of thoe firt generation G3 ibook--the blue one.  It' not uppoed to be running O X, and it' not terribly happy about it.  Jut wait until I get the new one.  I ee lot of MOVIE and wacky antic in it' future.  Providing all the key work.  If not, I don't know what I'll do.

Oh, and alo, the number eight doen't work.   Jut o you know.  And my home phone number ha one in it.  Yep.  Filling out form ha been fun!
 

In other new, I watche taying Alive the ame day I poted that converation about aturday Night Fever Nicole and I had.  Bet movie EVER!!!  There were part that cracked me up o much I actually creamed (hah!!) aloud, all by myelf in my living room.  creamed.  At the top of my lung.  The clothe!! The total diregard for the plotline of aturday Night Fever!!  It wa like everyone involved in the firt one wa warned that it wa going to be horrible, and they tayed the fuck away.  Except for the mother.  There wa not ONE MENTION of any of hi old friend or anything he'd done in hi life before, beyond "I ued to not be o enitive to women!!"  God, it wa hilariou.  The huge eightie (hah, i tried to type it with number, but wa left with "the huge 0") hair!!!  The fact that both ly tallone AND the extremely talente Frank tallone were both in it!  The white uit, all new for the..uh...year after the 1970.
Really, I can't ay enough about it.  If you haven't een it, you're totally miing out.  Worth it for John Travolta all oiled up and dancing in rag.  heer and utter perfection!!!!!!!!!
